Need help with a tuning kit, how do you tune your scooter, which kit should I choose, and all general tuning and modifcations questions are for in here.

Built/tuned another GT250,

love the feeling when a motor bursts into life for the first time!
picks up well and spits nothing from the carb mouth :)

no, I started gathering bits for this motor a while ago before the GT prototype cranks arrived.
Crank is the same as the one in the GT250 in my Winter. AF black 60 webs with RD115 rod and eccentric pin.

How come the Porc head appears to have been taken down at the edge of the gasket face on one side?

Edited: Have you had to remove/lap that much to set squish?

Heads resessed so that I can run the piston right to the top of the barrel to get the transfer timing I wanted. So yes its to get a good squish.
