Series 2 horn

Postby shane BBoys » Thu Apr 02, 2020 9:21 am

Just noticed that the stub, bolt for the horn is missing or cut off at some point I’m guessing I can centre punch drill and tap it what size tap would be required.

Cheers Shane.

It just taken me an hour to find my tap n die set, I thought it was in the conservatory where I’d last used it but no it was in the garage on top of the over spill ( beer ) fridge, so will sort it tomorrow between painting some bits for this build.
Cheers Shane.

My API S2 never had anything. Just drilled and tapped frame and put a spot weld on it for good measure

I’ve drilled and taped the square plate where the stub- bolt must have been, the frames already powder coated so welding is not and option.
Cheers Shane.
