Exactly what I said but it was a classic case of ' computer says no' and there's nothing she can do, the problem was mainly that the hmrc computer wouldnt let me write any symbols in the frame number -ie #!?*+ or leave any blank spaces ...
On hmrc nova form - 125l155000
On letter of authenticity 125li*155000 (and actual frame)
on dvla computer and v5 125l1*155000
Hence why they rejected my application at first!, but like I said I just had to write a long letter ' for dummies' to explain what was going on
