Got a readspeed one bgm stator bgm flywheel me and Gary tried setting it up with strobe and it kept bouncing and not give a stable reading so we were not happy so back in the box for another day

Richard has advised this with several of my customers, yet back to back dyno graphs show a distinct bottom end and mid range advantage on a range of different kits, as for reliability out of all those fitted to customers scoots (15 or so) no failiures yet

I didn't have a failure either, I had it running absolutely fine on the mugello, but built a whole engine with the gt186 and took his advice. one less thing to go wrong to be fair is what I believe. I still have it, but im cautious about using it on a cast iron kit
Donnie wrote:Possibly but if i can set up the engine on static 17degrees and it's not running too hot ill be happy as it's one less component to go wrong. And that's what id be cautious of, ie if it failed and then im running at 23 degrees a cast engine will seize easier than an ali one which would be more forgiving id imagine
