Thanks for the feedback guys. Keep it coming.

There probably won't be room for all of this because we need to keep under postage limits that a postman can carry without needing an osteopath.

A slightly more specific index in the back. Whilst not a necessity, many times I look for some quick reference and the headings seem very general and some things have 3 or 4 sections where different aspects are covered.

Also the red and green sections could be kind of condensed into their own reference section which would benefit more experienced readers who don't necessarily need to read the whole book every time they did a small job but if the warning and tips were listed under headings that would be very helpful.

My first one is sat in the garage with the torque settings page nearly illegible.
Must get round to copying and laminating that page

What about a piece on how to spot a disaster before it happens. Probably a lot of new riders won't have a clue about 2 strokes. How to spot a potential seize, brake binding etc or would you need a another book to list everything :-)

I think the other two versions do their job so why not bring a tuning guide out to include all the kits, casings , ignitions etc that are now available? Think, The Webster Tuning manual for the Millennium.

I think it would be prudent to point out about the dangers associated with the use of aftermarket offset engine mounting cones.
These should never be used to compensate for poor frame alignment for starters. Get the frame rejigged if that's the case.
There is a danger that if the mounting bar is not tight enough, then the cones can revolve in their housing and cause severe misalignment between the front and rear wheel.
If you must use them, then they should be grub screw locked into position to prevent rotation should the mounting bar nuts become loose!
