I guess so eventually ............... Not all events are planned the same way due to various logistics ect and I believe two separate committee members are dealing with each event individually.

I wouldn't worry about it though as im certain if you enclosed a SAE you will get confirmation when the relevant organiser has everything agreed.

I'm a bit confused about the rally, as are a couple of my mates. I went upto Rays yesterday for some bits and it seems that they have entertainment laid on for Saturday night aswell as the camping which is in a weekend ticket that is separate to ours..I was under the impression it was a joint event, but think I've been barking up the wrong lamppost. cheers,Speedy.
