Hi Andy, the spots are Original Lucas Halogens. Preferred them over the "nipple" versions just for something that little bit different. Only seen them on one other scooter.

Looks fantastic. Is that the ideal place for the panel locks as mine have recently decided to attempt an escape.

Cheers Stu, I'm pretty sure that's where most people put them.

Love your transformation, colour scheme works for me, well done!

Love to know how well the front internal disc brake works, mine on my GT 200 was very good.
However I've tried a SCOOTRS new internal disc brake and it is pretty hopeless, not strong enough to do an emergency stop with that's for sure.
Tried all sorts and I'm on the verge of going back to Nissin external hydraulic disc brake which is very powerful.

Cheers

The front, reverse pull original disc brake with sintered pads works fantastically well. Probably as good as the hydrhaulic on my GP. My mot tester said he had never tested one as good.

yep, much nicer now.
Despite owning most models over the years, including a couple of TV200s, the SX200 is still my favourite as far as looks are concerned.
Great job!
